      Vinh Linh Late Harvest Pepper: Harvested at peak ripeness in Vietnam's Quang Tri province, boasts intense flavors with notes of sun-dried tomato and baked bread, finishing with a balanced lingering heat.

      Why It's Included: Its interesting and complex flavor profile adds depth and distinct pungency that marries well with white meat from chicken and duck.

      Northern Thai Laab: A traditional blend from Northern Thailand, featuring roasted spices, chilies, and aromatic herbs, offering umami-rich and smoky layers with a lot of heat.

      Why It's Included: Its complex and savory profile brings an Thai flair to poultry dishes, making them delicious, vibrant and flavorful.

      BBQ #2: Blend with Mexican chilies, loads of spice and smoky elements, delivering a spicy, sweet and savory balance with a hint of smokiness.

      Why It's Included: This is our go to blend for chicken fajitas and roasted chicken. Just can’t go wrong with this one.

      MacKhen: A wild pepper from Vietnam, MacKhen offers a bright, mandarin, citrus flavor with floral and slightly bitter undertones.

      Why It's Included: Its citrus-forward profile brightens the natural flavors of poultry, creating a refreshing and aromatic experience.

      Vinh Linh Ginger:Sourced from Vietnam's fertile soils, this ginger powder offers a warm, slightly sweet and intensely aromatic flavor with a hint of spiciness.

      Why It's Included: Its warm, aromatic and slightly aromatic character enhances the savory depth of poultry.

      Batak Pepper: Indigenous to Indonesia, this flower pepper is known for its vibrant citrus notes and numbing sensation adding a unique and exciting flavor.

      Why It's Included: Its citrusy brightness and subtle tingling effect elevate poultry dishes, making them more dynamic and flavorful.

      Vinh Linh Late Harvest Pepper: Our go to pepper for roast chicken and chicken broth. Also a welcomed flavor in pulled chicken salads, mayonnaise sauces and comforting bowls of noodle soup.

      Laab: Toss with minced chicken, mint, sweet basil, fish sauce, ginger, garlic and red onions to create a memorable Laab salad. Use as a seasoning for grilled or stir-fried duck, make chicken balls, marinate chicken before oven baking or grilling.

      BBQ #2: Coat your whole chicken or chicken legs, pop it in the oven with some oil and soy, baste it a couple of times and voila. Also nice in pulled chicken recipes or grilled chicken. Perfect fajita mix.

      MacKhen: A perfect addition in Duck a L’orange. Also this is one of the go to spices for fried and roasted chicken in South East Asia. Combine with mandarin peels, orange or pomelo chicken salads. Nice in sauces for fried chicken. Use in light broths or marinades for duck to add a fragrant, citrusy note.

      Vinh Linh Ginger: Incorporate into marinades for chicken or duck to infuse warmth and aroma. Really nice to use with fresh ginger in soups, stir fries and pulled chicken salads adding an extra layer of flavor.

      Batak Pepper: Chicken coconut curries, coat on oven baked duck legs, fresh chicken salads, glazes for duck breast. One of our favorites is cooked chicken in a tomato based paste with loads of Batak Pepper, chili, garlic and coriander.
