      Vinh Linh Black Pepper: Sourced from Vietnam's Quang Tri province, Vinh Linh Black Pepper is a hidden gem renowned for its explosive kick and classic black pepper flavor.

      Why It's Included: Its straightforward pure flavor contrasts the natural sweetness and adds to the earthiness of vegetables.

      Polwaththa Curry Blend: This Sri Lankan blend features a deep roasted aroma with a complex flavor profile leaning heavily on coriander seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves.

      Why It's Included: Its rich and aromatic qualities make it ideal for spicing up vegetable curries, daal, roasted vegetable and stews, adding depth and warmth.

      MaLa: This blend combines the numbing heat of Sichuan peppercorns with the fiery kick of chilies and savory depth chinese spice essentials, creating a bold and spicy profile characteristic of Sichuan cuisine.

      Why It's Included: Such a simple way to enter into the rich traditions of vegetables and tofu dishes from Sichuan. Its distinctive numbing and spicy sensations add an exciting dimension to many vegetable dishes.

      Potatis: A unique combination of spices designed specifically to enhance the natural flavor of potatoes, offering a balance of savory, aromatic and herbal notes.

      Why It's Included: Its tailored profile ensures every potato dish is packed with flavor, whether roasted, mashed, or fried.

      Maqaw: Also known as mountain pepper, is a small berry native to Taiwan and Southeast Asia. It exudes a lemony fragrance with hints of lemongrass, thyme, ginger, citrus oils with a finishing bitter peppery punch.

      Why It's Included: Its complex citrus and herbal notes complement the delicate flavors of seafood, adding depth and freshness to dishes.

      Batak Pepper: Indigenous to Indonesia's Lake Toba region, offers a vibrant citrus aroma reminiscent of lemongrass and lime, accompanied by a mild numbing sensation similar to Sichuan pepper.

      Why It's Included? Its bright, citrusy notes and subtle tingling effect make it an excellent match for seafood, enhancing natural flavors while supporting complementary ones.

      Vinh Linh Black Pepper: Coarsely grind over roasted root vegetables. Infuse into salad dressings or add depth to soups. Provides warmth to vegetable stews and stir fries. Tofu pepper dishes. Nice with strawberries.

      Polwaththa Curry Blend: Season lentil daals or vegetable curries. Sprinkled over roasted cauliflower or other oven baked veggies. Fried chickpeas with curry leaves, stir fried potatoes or green beans or coconut based curries.

      MaLa Blend: Make one of our favorite dishes - Mala street food Tofu. Sprinkle over stir-fried green beans, broccoli, bamboo shots or tofu. Excellent in vegetable hot pots or making a chili oil for future dishes.

      Potatis: Coat potatoes with the Potato Blend before roasting for a perfectly seasoned side. Mix it into mashed potatoes or sprinkle over fries for an elevated take on comfort food. Nice in potato gratins. Awesome in potato curries. Loves parmesan. Also many of our customers use it in salads and other vegetable dishes. Surprisingly versatile.

      Maqaw: One of the best flavor companions to salt marinated lemons. Also our favorite spice with zucchini totally transforming the vegetable into something epic. Use them to season steamed vegetables, add to salad dressings for a lemony kick, use in sauces with mayonnaise or yogurt. Infuse oil with Maqaw, ginger and lemon. Lovely in vegetable soups, especially pumpkin and sweet potato, providing a fresh and aromatic flavor. Spring onion infused oil.

      Batak Pepper: This spice can really elevate your vegetable dishes. Sautée greens, add to salad dressings, use in vegetable dips, pickle, coconut curries, fried cashews, marinara sauces, roast vegetables.
